We hope you love your Bella Freud purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point or schedule a courier collection through our shipping partner's website.
